Rainy Ride

Despite the fact that Jenn and I don't have road bikes (we are more the mountain biking or treking type) we can be convinced to take a long ride sometimes. This past weekend was our third one (we've done the DC crescent loop and the NoVa triangle over the past month).

So - despite the high odds of rain and our early morning tour of the White House we pushed out around 10 on Saturday morning and rode down the Mount Vernon. It would have been perfectly timed to miss the rain, but alas, we were tempted by drinks and breakfast in Old Town. The last five or six miles home we were wet.
