Interesting Beverage & Jenn's Birthday

So I was in a hip little bookstore and see something odd on the menu: "Ginger Coke Tea (Hot)". I thought it odd, and I like ginger, so what the heck, huh? Turns out that the ingredients are just what they say. You put Coke and quite a bit of ginger (slices) in a glass and heat it up. Give it a whirl for a cold day drink.

Jenn's birthday was yesterday. She got to celebrate it with some interesting company. We'll make a full post on it later, but you can probably find hints on our flickr page.

We've been getting some emails asking why we don't have pictures on our blog anymore. We'll resume illustration when we leave China. We have to use a cockamamee method to blog from here and we can only get text through the Great Firewall.

Speaking of leaving China. We're starting to head that way. Jenn gets to celebrate the day after her birthday with a 24 hour train ride starting...... NOW! We're off to Kunming.
